My brother in law Tariq and his wife April said this company did a great job, replacing a part in the oven.Now it works beautifully. If it is true the employee or owner is rude, i would believe 1 who record things as our family does, when talking with a business."This way, you're always having proof." But with my family member they are very satisfied,so five stars.
