Me and my grandson was in there for 20 minutes looking mainly at bunk beds, not the first person or sales person spoke or asked if they could assist. Walked right past the service desk, not one acknowledgement. I told my grandson that they are not worthy of my business. We went elsewhere and we were greeted with smile as soon as we walked in. One star at most.
